Jill Bray, Print Maker

82 Southampton Road, Fareham, PO16 7EA, 01329 220601

Jill Bray uses elements of landscape and man’s marks on it, to express her obsession with the edges of the land and the landmass. It is both abstract and referential.

The texture created by collagraphic means, and actual collages, emphasise the relationship with the archaeology of ancient sites in Southern England. The physical manipulation of carborundum and ink, mirrors the traces of land usage over many years.
